1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DetectFurniture ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

DetectFurniture provides AI-powered furniture detection and inventory management services for moving companies and related businesses.

2. Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Service Usage

DetectFurniture grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service.
• Use the Service to process images or data you do not have rights to use.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of the AI models.
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than humanly possible.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.

4. Payment & Billing

• A free 30-day trial is provided for new accounts. No credit card required.
• After the trial period, the Service costs $5 per month.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to the images and data you upload to DetectFurniture. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and process all content you submit to the Service.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from your usage for improving our AI models and Service, but will never share your specific images or customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. AI Detection Accuracy

While our AI strives for high accuracy in furniture detection, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. The Service is provided as a tool to assist with inventory management, but should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated inventories before using them for quotes, estimates, or other business purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DETECTFURNITURE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
